1. Choose your journey

First choose your journey on ICNOS Adventures catalogue. Decide on the date you want to travel, if possible with alternative starting dates in case your first choice is not available. Besides thedestination and the date the most important thing about choosing your trip is making sure it suits your physical abilities. To help youselect the right trip we have classified our tours into the following grades: Easy to Moderate and Moderate. The grade is clearly shownon each brochure at the end of the trip details.We advise you not to make travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed.

2. Extra nights

Those who want to extend their stay can book some extra days and can pre-book an optional transfer by private coach. Please email usfor information before you book. We may also be able to suggest which place might suit you best for an extra night.

3. Make a provisional booking

Find a suitable flight or other means of travel but don’t book it yet. To make a provisional booking, please email us atinfo@icnosadventures.com with the following information:

– Details of the holiday you are interested in- The dates you wish to travel (included possible extra nights)
– How many people are in the party and their details (name & email)
– What type of room you would like (Double, Twin or Single room)

We will get back to you within 24 hours (not weekends) for guided tour and within 3 days for self guided tour. If there is availability forthe days in question, we will make a provisional reservation for you. Please read our Terms & Conditions.

4. Organize your travel

Once we have told you we’ve made a provisional reservation for you, you may book your flight or other travel arrangements. If therelevant flight schedules have not yet been published, see step 6 below. We can help you find the most suitable flight, although we don’tsell flights ourselves. Or we can organize your train trip if you wish. For relevant airline & train information please email us atinfo@icnosadventures.com

5. Booking confirmation

When you have booked your travel, contact us to confirm the booking. We will send you a booking form. Please complete, sign and returnthe form to us along with your deposit (see step 6 below).Please ensure that you have read through our Terms and Conditions of Contract carefully before faxing or posting in your signed bookingform.Once we have received your deposit & booking form, we will send you a confirmation letter and invoice stating the balance outstanding.Please check this and let us know if there are any inaccuracies.

6. Payment

To secure your booking you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost or full payment if less than 8 weeks from departure. Payment isin Euro. For your financial protection all monies are held in a secure client account.If you have booked early, send us the balance of your payment prior to 56 days before departure. The deposit is non-refundable (thoughsee below). If we are unable to arrange the holiday requested, we will, of course, refund your payment promptly and in full. If you areunable to book your travel because flight schedules have not yet been published, you may confirm (and pay your deposit) subject to asatisfactory flight being eventually available. Under these circumstances only your deposit is fully refundable up to 56 days prior to yourprospective start date.

7. Payment methods

You may pay for your holiday by the methods indicated below:

– bank transfer (BACS) in Euro to our account
– PayPal Email Payments: online payment with a credit/debit card completing the secure online payment form. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact us for details.

8. Final balance due

The final balance is payable 56 days prior to departure. If you are making a booking within 56 days of departure, full payment is requiredto secure the booking.

9. Travel insurance

Please be aware that we cannot accept any person unless they hold a valid Travel Insurance for the duraon of their holiday.
